Handcrafted in Britain, our last (the foot shape that boots are built around) is the basis for all our IGS and STS footwear and was made by combining data from over 4,000 global foot scans, leading to better-fitting and more comfortable boots.
Our wearers get exceptional comfort thanks to the V12 tri comfort system, a combination of the last, insoles and shank.
All V12 Footwear products are independently tested in world-class laboratories before being released to market and we carry out ongoing rigorous quality testing to guarantee consistency of production. We are relentless about quality control to drive up customer satisfaction.
Additionally, we ensure that our products have also been trialled and tested in the real world in authentic, industry-specific conditions. This way, our wearers get total piece of mind that their V12 footwear will give them protection that stands up to hazards long-term.
We use only the best components and materials to guarantee our wearers are safe against even the most demanding and hazardous environments. EU declarations of conformity are available to download from our website for all our safety products.
The full V12 range has been tested and certified for EN ISO 20345:2011/2022, and we are proud that every design exceeds these standards.
Unfortunately, there are a significant number of non-compliant and poorly performing safety products available on the market. Under the Registered Safety Supplier Scheme, V12 Footwear formally declares and commits to selling only certified PPE that performs to the claims made and carries the CE mark. As additional assurance, our products are independently audited at random by the BSIF to verify their ongoing conformance. This provides complete peace of mind that when you buy V12 footwear, you make an investment in safe and compliant footwear that won’t let you down.
